Welcome to Stretch with Ben Edusei. Great to see you and I'm really excited to work with you on this journey to feeling your best.I'll show you different ways to complete the stretches, so you can adjust the difficulty to suit your level. If you have existing injuries, please do talk with your specialist before taking on new or strenuous exercises.
